The Richard Fahey-trained Dutch Decoy was almost tailed off in the early stages of this Nursery Handicap at Hamilton as the juvenile struggled to go with the early pace, but jockey Paul Hanagan did not give up and the pair made up a remarkable amount of ground in the final furlong for a most unlikely victory.

The Cheveley Park Stud homebred was matched at 240 in-running with the eventual runner-up being matched at 1.01 and the third horse, What A Business, touching 1.25 in what was truly an extraordinary race.
