Wytheville is a beautiful farming community located in Southwest Virginia at the intersection of Interstate Highways 77 and 81; about a 1 hr drive from Roanoke, Virginia, and Bristol, Tennessee.
REAL ESTATE TERMS: 10% nonrefundable down payment made day of auction with balance due at closing. No financing contingencies. Any required inspections must be completed prior to bidding.
